Each applicant must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in the United States and must pay a $500 admission fee ($450 will be refunded if admission is denied). All applicants must submit official transcripts from each college or university attended.

To apply for admission, send a completed IBF Graduate School Registration Form (located at the end of this catalog) and the $500 application fee to:
